FarEye Introduces Delivery Happiness Platform.
New cloud-based platform helps companies deliver customer cheer
as online seasonal shopping momentum builds
FarEye, a global logistics management solution provider, today introduced the Delivery Happiness Platform, an innovative, flexible cloud-based platform that enables logistics and courier companies to monitor, measure and improve customers’ satisfaction with deliveries in real-time.
The web and mobile-based Delivery Happiness Platform lets managers analyse feedback from customers in real-time and gauge customer satisfaction levels. They can also create instant performance scorecards to better understand and modify their last mile delivery operations on-the-fly and increase first time delivery hits. The platform also monitors the effectiveness and efficiencies of the couriers making the deliveries. These valuable insights can be used to improve both the online shopping and the delivery experience going forward.
The new platform is integrated with a mobile app for couriers and customers, which lets customers rate their entire delivery experience, from initial order placement through to delivery. The mobile app also gives customers live information on shipment status, ETA, package location, and the opportunity to tailor-make their deliveries by, for instance, updating their preferred delivery location or adding a personal note to the courier.
Available immediately, FarEye’s Delivery Happiness Platform can be configured to meet a company’s exact business requirements. Built on top of a Business Process Management (BPM) framework, this ‘smart’ analytics tool incorporates Artificial Intelligence and advanced algorithms to provide a 360-degree, real-time view of deliveries to enable better decision making.
With Black Friday momentum building and more shoppers going online to bag festive bargains, delivery companies have a timely opportunity to collect vital feedback to better understand their customers’ patterns and preferences to ensure they continue to offer the best service whatever the time of year.
“As competition hots up in last mile delivery, FarEye’s Delivery Happiness Platform gives logistics companies the tools to measure and improve customer satisfaction by monitoring in real-time what customers think of their services. Companies can instantly use this data to change and adapt business processes and build greater efficiency,” said Kushal Nahata, CEO and Co-Founder of FarEye.
“Many customers do not currently have the option to choose which delivery company they use, but it’s just a matter of time before retailers will offer this choice which means it’s imperative for logistics companies to deliver a fantastic customer experience and boost both their delivery happiness scores and perfect order deliveries” added Nahata.
