PMP APPOINTS EXPERIENCED ACCOUNT DIRECTORS ACROSS KEY AMAZON CONTRACTS.
PMP Recruitment, part of Cordant Group, has further strengthened its senior team that oversees the delivery of industry-leading workforce solutions to Amazon. Sarah Brogan joins the organisation as Account Director for the Amazon fulfilment centre portfolio, whilst the company has promoted Wayne Shaw to Account Director for services provided to Amazon Logistics.
Sarah joins PMP from Nexus People, where she spent six years looking after a range of clients including Amazon. As part of her new role, she will assume overall responsibility for the Amazon contract that covers the client’s extensive network of UK fulfilment centres, with sites as far apart as Swansea and Dunfermline.
Wayne will now take responsibility for PMP’s contract with Amazon Logistics, covering 36 locations across the UK. He joined the organisation in 2007 as a Contract Manager overseeing six sites across the South West, before progressing to Regional Operations Manager, where he was responsible for the service provision of the PMP’s onsite operations in the Midlands and South West. He later was given responsibility for several national accounts across the UK.
Jamie Reynolds, Managing Director of PMP Recruitment, said: “This is a highly positive move for PMP and we are very pleased that Sarah and Wayne will be heading up these key contracts. Sarah arrives at PMP with a wealth of account management and development experience. Her collaborative approach to customer relationships fits perfectly with our company values, whilst her commitment to team building and her forward thinking management style will support our company strategy.
“Wayne has been an incredibly important asset to PMP over the past 10 years. Within this new role, he will be looking to develop new initiatives and ways of working with Amazon, whilst promoting best practice across the network,” Jamie concluded.
