PROLOG FULFILMENT APPOINTS NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR AS PART OF ITS GROWTH STRATEGY - March 24, 2026
Tateossian, the British luxury accessories brand, has appointed Prolog Fulfilment as its global fulfilment partner in a move designed to underpin its next phase of international growth. The agreement will see Prolog deliver a complete end-to-end solution, covering stock management, storage, picking, packing and delivery of Tateossian’s products across key markets including the UK, Africa, Asia, Canada and Latin America, supporting both direct-to-consumer and premium retail channels.
The partnership reflects Tateossian’s need for a scalable, service-led fulfilment operation capable of keeping pace with its expansion plans through 2027–2028, while maintaining the elevated customer experience expected of a luxury brand. Reliability, flexibility and sustainability were central to the selection process, aligning with Tateossian’s brand positioning and customer expectations.
Founded in 1990 by Robert Tateossian, the company has built a global reputation for distinctive jewellery and accessories, often incorporating unconventional materials such as meteorites and carbon fibre. More recently, it has introduced eco-conscious elements, including recycled glass beads and vegan leather, as part of a broader sustainability push. Today, the brand operates in more than 70 countries and is stocked by leading luxury retailers including Harrods, Selfridges, Harry Rosen and Saks.
Under the terms of the agreement, Prolog Fulfilment will provide an end-to-end solution spanning inventory management, warehousing, picking and packing, and final-mile delivery. The model is designed to accommodate both DTC and wholesale orders, with the ability to scale rapidly in response to seasonal peaks and marketing-driven demand. Additional value-added services will include bespoke packaging enhancements, such as the insertion of authentication certificates, alongside a fully managed returns process, further supporting a seamless and premium post-purchase experience.
Robert Tateossian, CEO and Founder at Tateossian said: “As Tateossian is a luxury jewellery brand our customer experience and product quality are deeply intertwined core values that define our market position. Ensuring customers receive luxury service whether online or in-store is an integral part of our business and so our choice of fulfilment partner is vital. Prolog has the scalability, proven experience, international reach and breadth of services that we need, and we are excited for this partnership.”
Neil Daniells, CEO at Prolog Fulfilment, added: “Tateossian’s luxury, high end retail model requires a quality approach that is flexible and efficient. Our team is committed to delivering the solutions they need to help maintain their brand reputation and support their growth plans in both the DTC and premium retail channels.”
