Packsize, the market leader in sustainable, on-demand packaging, has announced a series of appointments to support its expansion in the UK and Europe.
Jo Bradley, has been promoted to Director European Business Development, taking on responsibility for developing pan-European opportunities. She will work closely with regional sales directors to further expand the potential for customers to benefit from automated right-size packaging technology. Prior to her promotion, Jo held the position of Business Development Manager for Packsize in the UK – a role in which she excelled for 10 years under Sparck Technologies, and continued in after Packsize’s acquisition of the company in 2025.
Two further appointments have been made to strengthen Packsize’s regional sales operations in the UK. Megan Eastwood, has joined the UK team as Regional Sales Manager for the North, while Jonny Gibson takes on the role of Regional Sales Manager for the South. Both appointees have a strong track record of high performing sales roles in the engineering and electronics sectors.

Chris More, UK Sales Director at Packsize, says: “We’re delighted to welcome Megan and Jonny to the UK sales team. Their experience in understanding complex business issues and in providing advanced engineering solutions to customers will be a valuable asset to our UK operations. Our Award winning right-size boxing technology offers almost limitless flexibility to both large and small enterprises and I’m confident that Megan and Jonny have the experience and skills needed to deliver best-value solutions to our customers.”
Packsize’s extensive range of fully- and semi-automated on-demand packaging solutions are capable of producing robust and sustainable corrugated boxes for transit at great speed, each tailored to be exactly the ‘right-size’ for the product or order – saving an average of 40% of empty space per package.
